We’re back this week with a Drum & Bass mix via Constructive Sine Spur1-music, Celsius Recordings / Dresden, Germany).
Having met Wolfkid at a Spur1-Music Producer’s Meeting here in Dresden, (now a former member of the Constructive Sine group), I was super impressed by his attention to details and productions methods. From there, I found out more about who he was, and what he does as a Professional Audio Engineer. Sooner I was introduced to his Drum & Bass crew, our guest this Kongkast – Constructive Sine.
Their Tech Funk style of Drum & Bass have earned them releases on respected labels such as DIASCOPE, Cognition Records, Celsius, and of course, the local Dresden Label – Spur1-Music. As well as one of their best releases – NEONLIGHT remix of “Basso Continuo”.

Constructive Sine (Spur1-music, Celsius Recordings / Dresden, Germany) Constructive Sine is a DJ and producer duo from Germany, consisting of Venom218 and Sonza. The project emerged in 2019 from close musical collaboration, quickly developing its own signature through shared ideas, regular sessions, and initial joint performances. Defined by classic, dry Oldschool Neurofunk – combined with melodic elements, vocals, and occasional liquid influences – Constructive Sine stands for a punchy sound with strong recognition value.
A defining part of the project’s development from 2020 to 2026 was the creative contribution of WOLFKID, whose energy and input helped shape Constructive Sine. Today, he focuses on his solo artistic path, while Venom218 and Sonza continue the project as a duo.
Since then, Constructive Sine has released numerous tracks and established itself in the scene. Releases have appeared on labels including Celsius Recordings, Broque, C Recordings, and Spur1-music. A particular highlight is the NEONLIGHT remix of “Basso Continuo,” released on DIASCOPE. Further releases followed on Cognition Records, led by Drum & Bass legends Future Signal, underscoring the project’s diversity within the scene.
